Chris Weaver
President
With over 34 years in the aviation industry, Chris brings extensive worldwide experience with a variety of aircrafts as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
Chris brings expertise in designing, fabricating and testing modifications to aircrafts - including working with sheet metal, wood, steel tube and composite construction - heavy overhauls of aircrafts and designing modifications for Formula One racing aircrafts.
Sterling Glessing
VP Operations
Sterling brings over 30 years of worldwide aviation experience as a pilot and M1/M2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
He specializes in the DHC-6 Series 400, with hands-on experience in manufacturing, post-production support, field service representation, and approved technical training, along with practical expertise in repair, modification, manufacturing, certification, and composite structures.
Deudlina Del Toro Primera
Composites Technician
Deudelina plays a key role in implementing 5S principles, bringing a high level of organization and enthusiasm to manufacturing operations.
She is trained across the full manufacturing process in accordance with GMAPS (Gibraltar Mountain Aerospace Production Standards), supporting consistent, efficient, and high-quality production practices.

this legacy fleet in flight.
With the skills, resources and facilities to support production, Gibraltar Mountain Aerospace have designed and produced a cost-effective, high-quality, and lightweight cockpit door specifically for the Twin Otter series right here in Rocky View County.
